Exhibit Booth Information!
The Veg Products Expo has developed a way for smaller or start up companies, who require smaller space, to still be present at the event. We want you to share your conscious product or service with the industry.
VPE recognizes the importance of industry related associations and offers special incentives for non-profit associations.
Our Criteria for Exhibiting:
All products on display and/or being promoted must be of a vegetarian nature (free of meat, fish, shellfish, fowl, flesh of all animals, meat or bone stock, animal or carcass fats). Items may not contain animal by-products such as gelatin, aspic, rennet/rennin/pepsin, or any other animal-derived ingredients such as lard, tallow, etc. resulting from slaughter.
Non-Food Items - We request that all product items are Cruelty-free. Consumables, cosmetic and household products and their ingredients must not have been tested on animals and are free of leather, fur, silk, lanolin, gelatin or any other animal derivatives. Furthermore only organizations that do not commission any such experiments and do not buy ingredients from companies who test or commission others to test on animals will be allowed to exhibit.
No Cross Contamination during production - Production lines that are shared with non-vegetarian products, must have thorough cleaning and must be carried out before vegetarian production commences. Also all associated machinery, equipment, surfaces, clothing and utensils must remain free from non vegetarian ingredients before vegetarian products are touched, prepared, produced or packaged. These procedures must be met to guarantee packaging errors do not occur.
